SG Holdings, the parent company of EFL Global, is proud to announce a leadership transition as part of a broader organizational realignment aimed at strengthening global integration and improving execution across markets. For this reason, it has appointed Rooso Ramachandran as EFL Global’s new Global Chief Executive Officer.
Having spent 24 years at EFL, Rooso has overseen commercial development, business strategy, operations, and administration, while growing relationships with some of the company’s most strategic global clients. He has simultaneously grown the customer base in Denmark, Belgium and UK. In his role as CEO - India, Rooso built the India business to profitability and sustained key global partnerships. He has also played a key role in expanding EFL Global’s capabilities across high-growth verticals including pharmaceuticals, automotive and perishables.
Rooso brings a strong understanding of EFL Global’s operating model, culture and priorities, a testament that has been proven across multiple phases of growth through various roles held by him. His focus will be on stabilizing performance while positioning the business for sustainable growth.
Under Rooso’s leadership, EFL Global will prioritize customer centricity to deliver greater accountability, stronger execution across markets, operational excellence, transparency and trust, guided by sharper organizational alignment.
